Couse Overview

This advanced facial training teaches licensed estheticians, cosmetologists, nurses, and beauty professionals how to confidently perform Bella G’s signature Deluxe and Platinum HydraFacial protocols.

Students will learn:

  • Skin analysis fundamentals

  • Product knowledge

  • Protocol structure

  • How to deliver a luxury client experience

At the end of training, students will complete a hands-on evaluation and receive a Certificate of Completion.

Learning Objectives

By the end of this course, students will be able to:

Technical Skills

  • Understand HydraFacial device components & vortex technology

  • Perform full facial cleansing & exfoliation

  • Apply appropriate serums based on skin needs

  • Perform lymphatic drainage (for Platinum protocol)

  • Safely execute extractions using HydraFacial tips

  • Use boosters correctly (Brighten, Firm, Clarify, etc.)

  • Customize treatment plans for different skin types

Safety

  • Follow infection-control protocols

Module 1: Intro & Theory

Includes:

  • HydraFacial machine overview

  • Understanding treatment tips (blue, orange, purple)

  • Serums: GlySal, Beta-HD, Antiox+, boosters

  • Understanding vortex technology

  • Difference between Signature, Deluxe, Platinum

  • Skin layers + function

  • Conditions HydraFacial improves

  • Contraindications (pregnancy, active acne cysts, retinoids, sunburn, etc.)

  • Safety & hygiene expectations

Outcome: Student understands the device, serums, and treatment logic.

Module 2: Client intake & Consultations

Students learn:

  • Reading the skin

  • Identifying sensitivity

  • Matching boosters to concerns

  • How to determine if Deluxe or Platinum is appropriate

  • How to build trust in the first 2 minutes

  • Bella G consultation script

  • How to upsell boosters ethically

  • How to explain results + treatment plan

Outcome: Student can confidently recommend the correct service.

Module 3: Demo of Deluxe Hydrafacial

Instructor performs full service LIVE while explaining:

Step-by-Step:

  1. Cleansing

  2. Exfoliation using vortex tip

  3. GlySal application (light peel)

  4. Vortex extractions

  5. Booster application

  6. LED therapy

  7. Finishing products

  8. Final massage + client reveal

Outcome: Student observes entire protocol in action.

Module 4: Demo of Platinum Hydrafacial

Instructor demonstrates:

Additional Platinum Steps:

  1. Lymphatic drainage (opening, technique, direction flow)

  2. Deluxe protocol

  3. Neck/chest enhancements

  4. VIP “Bella Glow” finishing touches

Outcome: Student learns full luxury facial workflow.

Module 5: Hands-on Student Practice

Each student performs:

On a live model or partner:

  • Cleanse

  • Exfoliation

  • Peel layer

  • Extractions

  • Booster + LED

  • Lymphatic drainage (if Platinum)

  • Finishing protocol

Instructor provides:

  • Technique correction

  • Pressure feedback

  • Device handling adjustments

  • Coaching on speed & flow

  • Client experience guidance

Outcome: Student builds real world confidence.

Module 6: Business & Client Experience

How to price Deluxe & Platinum facials

  • How to rebook clients

  • How to sell packages + memberships

  • How to recommend retail for better results

  • How to talk about aftercare

  • How to achieve “Bella G standard” client experience

Outcome: Student understands how to turn skill into revenue.

Module 7: Practical Assessment

Students must demonstrate:

  • Proper device handling

  • Correct tip usage

  • Safe pressure control

  • Proper lymphatic technique

  • Booster selection reasoning

  • Sanitation protocol

  • Client communication

Instructor completes an assessment checklist.

Outcome: Student meets Bella G Academy certification standards.

Module 8: Certification & Final Q&A
